Real before & after

Same photo. Same subject. New everything else.

Drag the handle. Notice what stayed locked — the face, the product, the room layout — while the rest was regenerated.

The control other tools hide

You don't pick a model. You pick what survives.

Most img2img tools give you one abstract “strength” slider. We turn it into decisions a human actually makes.

Keep — hard constraints

Locked items become model routing, region masks and post-composition — not just a sentence in the prompt.

  • Face — it's still the same person. Identity reference plus face-region protection.
  • Subject — the product, pet or object keeps its shape, logo and key details.
  • Composition — pose and layout stay put via structure and depth control.
  • Text & Logo — original pixels are preserved, never re-drawn by the model.

Change — creative freedom

One tap per intent. Each chip compiles into a structured instruction with the right negative constraints.

  • Style — anime, watercolor, film, 3D, oil paint and 40+ more.
  • Background — a new scene behind an untouched subject.
  • Outfit — swap clothing while the person stays the person.
  • Lighting — golden hour, studio, neon night, overcast.

Subtle

Light touch: tone, light, small edits. Routed to precise editing models.

Balanced

The default. Obvious change with stable identity and layout.

Creative

Big reimagining. Structure loosens — fine details may drift, on purpose.

Three steps

From photo to finished image in under a minute

Upload & auto-detect

Drop any JPG, PNG or WebP. We recognize portraits, products, sketches and interiors, and pre-lock what usually matters for that kind of image.

Lock, describe, set strength

Toggle what to keep, tap what to change, pick Subtle, Balanced or Creative. No denoising values, no seed numbers, no model menus.

Compare, download, iterate

Slide before/after, download free with no watermark, then keep editing the result with plain language — no re-upload needed.

One-tap starts

Prompt templates that fill the tool for you

Tap any template — it configures keep, change and strength, then scrolls you back to the studio.

Who it's for

One studio, four professional workflows

Each mode pre-configures the locks and presets that matter for your job — no prompt engineering required.

E-commerce sellers

Shoot your product once, then generate studio shots, seasonal campaigns and marketplace variants without a reshoot. Product Mode locks the item, its label and packaging text, so the bottle in your holiday scene is pixel-faithful to the one customers receive. Batch A/B backgrounds for ads instead of paying for five photo sessions.

Creators & social teams

Turn one selfie into a week of content: professional headshot Monday, cinematic night portrait Wednesday, anime avatar Friday — all still unmistakably you, because Face lock keeps identity stable across every style. Aspect-ratio presets output 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 without re-cropping the subject out of frame.

Designers & architects

Sketch Mode renders a line drawing into photorealistic or stylized directions while the outline and proportions stay exactly as drawn. Explore five material palettes for a client meeting in the time it used to take to render one. Continue editing with plain language — “warmer light”, “more glass” — without re-uploading.

Realtors & interior designers

Show buyers a furnished, styled room instead of an empty one. Interior Mode locks walls, doors and windows so the space stays honest to the listing while furniture, materials and lighting change. Virtual staging for a fraction of the cost of physical staging — regenerated in any style a client asks for.

Why image-to-image

When you already have the photo, don't start from a blank prompt

Image-to-image (this tool)

You upload a reference and the AI treats it as the anchor: the same person, product, pose or layout, changed only where you allow it. Best when the subject already exists — your face, your product, your sketch, your room — and rewriting it from scratch would be a bug, not a feature.

  • Identity carries over — no prompt can describe your face as well as your photo does.
  • Iterations converge — each edit starts from the last result, not from randomness.
  • Layout is contractual — locked composition means the output fits your crop, banner or listing.

Text-to-image (a different job)

Classic generators imagine a new scene from words alone. Brilliant for concepts that don't exist yet — useless when the point is your subject. We'll tell you honestly: if you don't have a source image and don't need one, a text-to-image tool is the better pick that day.

  • Great for ideation — moodboards, fictional scenes, brand-new concepts.
  • Weak on fidelity — the same character rarely survives two prompts.
  • No ground truth — nothing to lock, so every generation is a fresh gamble.

Private by default

Your images and results are never public. No gallery, no indexable links.

Auto-delete in 24h

Anonymous uploads and results are wiped within 24 hours, automatically.

Never trained on

We don't use your uploads to train models. Not opt-out — it just doesn't happen.

Delete instantly

One click removes the source and every result. Download links die with it.

Honest limits

What AI still gets wrong — and what we do about it

No “100% accurate” promises. Here's the truth, and the workaround.

Faces can drift at Creative strength. If it stops looking like you, drop to Balanced or Subtle — Face lock works hardest there.
Hands and fingers remain the hardest thing in AI imaging. Keep them out of the change region when you can.
Tiny text and fine logos may blur if they're not locked. Turn on Text & Logo lock — we composite the original pixels back.
Complex textures like lace, fur or micro-patterns can simplify. Subtle strength preserves them best.
Big scene swaps can nudge edges of the composition. Lock Composition and expect minor boundary shifts, not layout changes.
Failed generations happen. Timeouts and moderation blocks are labeled clearly and never consume your free quota.
