This policy describes what actually happens to your data — no more, no less.
Images you upload are sent to our inference provider to generate your result, then discarded. We do not store your uploads or results on our servers, with one exception: if you explicitly create a share link, the image pair is stored for that link and automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Your images are never used to train models. Not by default, not with an opt-out — it simply does not happen.
We use Google Analytics to understand website activity such as page views, traffic sources, feature usage, generation outcomes and downloads. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure sessions. We do not send your uploaded images, generated images or prompt text to Google Analytics. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. Learn how Google processes Analytics data on Google's partner-sites page.
First-party funnel events link anonymous usage to account and checkout steps using keyed pseudonymous identifiers. They contain only event names, page paths and controlled usage fields, never images, prompts, email addresses or card details. QA events are labeled separately. Payment and credit ledgers are the source of truth for revenue.
When enabled, Microsoft Clarity records interactions only on our separate public pricing information page and only after you choose Allow session replay. It is not loaded on upload, image or video generation, result, account, checkout or payment pages. Page text is masked and no custom user identifiers are supplied. Clarity can use cookies and similar identifiers on the eligible page after your permission.
Open Session replay choices to allow, reject or withdraw permission. Unknown choices default to rejection. Withdrawal blocks the current page's outgoing recording requests, clears Clarity consent and reloads the page. The saved choice is used on your next visit. This choice controls Clarity only; it does not change Google Analytics or required account and payment processing. Learn more at Microsoft's privacy statement.
Clerk provides account authentication. Stripe processes subscription payments and hosts checkout and subscription management. We do not receive or store your full card details. Our database stores your account identifier, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, paid invoice records, credit balance and generation credit transactions. Credit transactions do not contain your images or prompts.
For signed-in usage, analytics may include a pseudonymous account identifier, purchase transaction identifier, amount, currency and credits. It does not include your email address or card details.
Share links expire within 24 hours. Contact us for account-data deletion requests or earlier share removal. Payment and credit records may need to be retained for accounting, refunds and dispute handling. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges; it does not automatically delete your account.
