Kling prompts that work

Copy a prompt, then change the subject and setting. Each one follows the structure in the tips below.

Setting: rainy Tokyo alley at night, neon reflections. Shot 1: wide establishing shot, slow dolly-in. Shot 2: close-up of a courier in a yellow raincoat checking a parcel, shallow depth of field.

One unbroken shot, no cuts. A potter shapes clay on a wheel, warm window light, slow orbit around her hands. At the 4th second water drips into the bowl.

Start frame: the product on a marble table. The camera pushes in slowly, soft studio light, a hand sets a coffee cup beside it. The text on the box stays sharp.

Woman (calm, English, British accent): 'We leave at dawn.' Man (low, hesitant, Spanish): 'Estoy listo.' Medium two-shot, golden-hour kitchen, handheld camera.

Label the shots

Write 'Shot 1', 'Shot 2' and give each one framing and a single camera move.

Setting and light first

Start with place, time of day and lighting; then the action.

Tag every line of dialogue

Pair each line with a character, a tone and a language or accent.

Time the action

Use timestamps ('at the 4th second') and say 'one unbroken shot, no cuts' for a continuous take.

Lock characters with Elements

Bind recurring characters or props with 2–4 reference images; add an end frame when the last shot matters.
